Cancellation Policy

247 Dumpsters Rental Agreement By booking a dumpster with 247 Dumpsters, the customer agrees to the following terms: Rental & Pricing The standard rental is $299 and includes a 1-day rental and 1 ton of disposal weight. Additional charges: $25 per additional rental day $75 per additional ton over the included 1 ton Final weight is determined after disposal. The customer authorizes 247 Dumpsters to charge applicable additional weight or rental fees after the initial booking. Materials The customer agrees to accurately describe what will be placed in the dumpster. Hazardous, illegal, or prohibited materials are not allowed. If you are unsure whether an item is permitted, contact 247 Dumpsters before placing it in the dumpster. Additional disposal charges resulting from prohibited or special materials are the customer's responsibility. Loading All materials must remain inside the dumpster and below the top edge. Nothing may stick out above the sides or create an unsafe load. Overloaded or unsafe dumpsters may not be picked up until the load is corrected. Additional charges may apply. Placement & Property The customer is responsible for selecting the dumpster placement location and providing adequate access for delivery and pickup. Dumpsters and delivery equipment are heavy and may damage asphalt, concrete, gravel, lawns, landscaping, underground utilities, or other surfaces. By requesting placement, the customer accepts the risk of reasonable surface or property damage associated with delivery, placement, and pickup. 247 Dumpsters may refuse or change a requested placement if the driver determines it cannot be completed safely. Delivery & Pickup Access The customer must provide clear access to the dumpster for delivery and pickup. Vehicles, locked gates, equipment, snow, debris, or other obstacles must not block access. Additional charges may apply if delivery or pickup cannot be completed because the location is inaccessible. Customer Responsibility The customer is responsible for the dumpster and its contents while it is at the rental location. The dumpster may not be moved, relocated, modified, or damaged without permission from 247 Dumpsters. Payment Authorization By completing this booking, the customer agrees to pay the initial rental charge and authorizes applicable additional charges for excess weight, additional rental days, prohibited materials, unsuccessful pickup attempts, damage, or other charges allowed under this policy.
